A great way to learn english!!!!!

In the current world to know speaking english is very important. All the most important things, books, magazines and a lot more are written in english. The most relevant scientific information is written in english. English is the universal language. Today to grow in your college career or your work you should be able to speark english. In our country Chile the people know all this thing. So many english course are giving us their services to learn to speak english. These course have different kind of methods to teach English.
I think that English is a lenguaje very basic and limited. But we must learn it. My experience of learning English at university is very good. The use of blogs I think that is a great way to learn English. I enjoy to write about diferent things. So our grammar improvement. We use online traslators to write. This really help us. We have the listening to learn. Its very difficult for me to understand that the people said in these listening. I think that in the way to teach are in general a bad way because there are a better way to teach lenguages.Like the mnemonic. This way teach English the same way we learned our native language. Without translation. Just wathchink and talking. we are taught to think in English. In Chile we spend much time doing English classes from school But we don't learn to speaking English very well. The way to teach it's ineffective. In our school the student speak little English. Is rarely practiced. It's very important to practice to speaking , writting and listening in English to learn it. Such as people learn to speak any language when you go to live in the country we must to learn English. I think that we save time but no money because these courses are very expensive.
To finish I think that in our course of English at the university are on track but still lacking. More hours where only speaking English with person that only speaking english are ( I think) the best way to teach English in the university. Should be more classes per week with more intensity and longer hours per class. I very happy with our english class and hope improve with the time.

A great power with a wonderful future!!!!

If you think that this world is a bad place to live, when you see the news with horror stories but true. If you think that your live have a lot of problems, and sad situations. Perhps illness or family problems. If you think that no one understand you and truly loves you. I tell you that anyone can change everything!!!... I tell you that this friend as well as helps me can help you. His name is Jesus. He cans show you a different world, give you hoppe and support whenever you need it. Jesus is God's son which love you like nobody loved. Before you were born or this world was created our God make a wonderful place that is waiting for us, this place is the heaven where we going to go when we die. In the Heaven there shall be no pain or suffering, evil won't have place in the heaven. But have a problem, the people have forgotten God and have left out of their lives. This doesn't help have allowed. All have sinned , no one who does good, not one said their word.The wages of sin is death. As the devil know that he has been stealing souls to God, helping to turn people away from God. As God is just can't break his rules and death claimed the lives of people for their sinful condition. Then God thinked a way to save mankind, while complying wiht their own rules. He love all of us, then God decided with all his pain sending his own son, Jesus to pay the price for all our sins. So Jesus Died for all the sins. This way all can come to God again.The devil that calls for the souls of all who sin thinmked that he won by killing the son of God, but Jesus rose from the dead!!!!!!!!!!... Now the only problem is that you decide to accept Jesus as your friend, the sacrifice he mader for you and integrate it into your live... He will show you how real lives!!!!!!!!!!

The brain: the box of myths

Doctor Pedro Maldonado talk us about all the myths of the brain, such as size and form of the brain. I know that ourn brain isn't the biggest or the most rare form. In fact the whale's brain is more big than our, and there are many brains similar to ours. Other myth is that our brain work like a computer. The human brain has a lot of kind of responses for a singular stimulus. Exactly totally unpredictable. The human brain works in its entirety. Each part of it coordinated work with another part, and this with other. So we use the 100% of our brain. Also the brain's side left has funtion that the right side hasn't. The male brain hasn't significant differences compared with female brain. We know that our brain has the ability to build his own inner world. I think that the human brain is amazing. We able to imagine things and even feel it even if not actually there. People that his legs were amputated can still feel it. The expert say that the person is his brain. There is where their form what is thoughs, the feelings and personality. All our world is there. And my world itsn't the same than yours. Because my world it is made by my brain. The human brain are still many misteries hidden. but we are learning a little more it each day. I am agree with the doctor says but I think that we are a little more than ours brain, but the brain is one of the part most important of us.

Dificult issues

In our society there are topics that nobody talks. As health professional we must have our opinion about these topics. Abortion for example. Is the premature termination of pregnancy that causes the death of the fetus. Doctora Lorena Binfa talks us about that. In our country is illegal. Previously allowed only if the mother was at risk of life, but don't in this days. The mother says that this is her decision, the church sayd that the abortion it's against god says, and the goverment says that is illegal. The fact is, The genetics reveals that since the union of egg and sperm there is a new human being with all the genetic information necessary to develop there we have a being with it's own identity of the father and mother, with a genetic code not only determined to be a human being, but also has it's own characteristics, even if you have trained eyes, and has established what will be its shape, color, fingerprints, sex, etc. We add that 40 days there and records brain waver of the embryo.Psychologists have found that emotions can affect an unborn baby, which perceives the emotional state of his mother. It has even been shown that in many cases experince lengthy agonizing pain when aborted, so much so that in the U.S. have introduced bills to require abortionists to anesthetize the unborn child before killing him. I against abortion. Also the Doctora talk about contraceptive in Chile. In our country is accepted all kind of contraceptive methods. The government promotes the use of contraceptives. Finaly I think that is very good talks all these topics in our university life.

The stress, the enemy of our body

We as health professionals must take care about the stress in the life of people. But first what's the stress. the stress is a physiological reaction of the body against a threat. This actives many body's defense mechanisms. But the stress is a natural reaction. But a terrible problem if the stress continue a long time. the same natural defense mechanisms begin to damage the body. As I said before the stress can be caused by any external o internal situation (physical,chemical, auditory or somatic and sociocultural) that directly or indirectly conducive to destabilize the dinamic equilibrium of the body( "homeostasis"). For example situations that force to process information quickly, harmful environmental stimuli, threat perceptions, alteration of physiological funtions ( illness, addiction, etc) , isolation and confinement, blocks in our interests, peer pressure , and frustration. The symptoms of stress are a lot. The main symptoms are predominance of sympathetic nervous system ( pheripheral vasoconstriction, mydriasis, tachycardia, tachypnea, slowing intestinal motility, etc), release of catecholamines ( adrenaline and noradrenaline), cortisoland enkephalin, and increase in the amount circulating blood glucose clotting factors, free amino acids and immune factors. The consequences of stress are the people become depressed, don't think clearly, easily irritated, is ill at ease, they feel pain in their bodies. Most people suffer stress in this days. In Chile the rate the stress in the population increase. Especially job stress. But how to deal with stress. To combat stress is often recommend breathing exercises. The goal si to exercise voluntary control over breathing, so we use it as a painkiller when we overhelm the stress. Also, chewing gum in times of pressure, reduce stress levels five times lower than those perceived in normal conditions and also improve short-term memory.

Contraception Pill

All of us know that the contraception pill is a controversial topic in the field of health and in public opinion. In the letter to editor entitled "Postovulatory effects of levonorgestrel in emergency contraception (LNG EC), the Dr. Carlos Valenzuela think that there are evidence of post ovulatory action of levonorgestrel. Also The data show definitive postovulatory effects of LNG EC with a probability distribution of pregnaniesw issued from daily intercourses within the fertile period of the mestrual cycle. The doctor Croxato thinks that the doctor Carlos Valenzuela is wrong.He thinks that the studies that used Dr valenzuela don't have built-in mechanism of action studies. Which means that the studies don't have an appropiate aspecific experimental design. He object to contrasting the effectiveness of LNG for interfering with the ovulatory process. Also he discusses that the data was wrong. The expected pregnancy rate in the calculations has no relevance to the clinically observed pregnancies reported in efficacy studies reported. This debate isn't finish. Follow in the future and I think that will not stop. The goverment decided give the pill at the population. I think that the values of people are losing in the freedom that the society gives to the people. I don't know if the contraception pill have postovulatory effects, I think the problem isn't that. I hope that some day somepeople give us the answer if is or isn't postovulatory pill. This discusse is interesting and I like to read infomation about it. The music of my childhood

The first music that I liked was cachureos' songs. I remember that my cousin and me danced while the music was playing. When I was 12 years I make a dancing for the school. I danced "Salome" a song of Chayanne. That was the beginnig of my love of music Chayanne. the following years I bought all cd's Chayanne. The first CD was I had in my hands was "tied to your love". That Cd was my mother but I listened a lot. My firts Cd was "simply" that I payed for it. I have more CD as "sincere", Provocame", "two in one of Chayanne", "Waltz time" and "Greatest hits".I listened hours and hours each Cd. That was my romantic era.... jajaaja. After I started listened Rock-Metal music. But from time to time listened my romantic music again. All this music brings back memories, all my childhood. That were difficult times, a lot of changes, and news experiences but the think that easiest remember is the music that I listened. I guess that music was an important part of my life. In the school all called me chayanne for this presentation that I make. for all dancing of the school I was the firts that wanted to dance, and participate in the presentations.
