Contraception Pill

All of us know that the contraception pill is a controversial topic in the field of health and in public opinion. In the letter to editor entitled "Postovulatory effects of levonorgestrel in emergency contraception (LNG EC), the Dr. Carlos Valenzuela think that there are evidence of post ovulatory action of levonorgestrel. Also The data show definitive postovulatory effects of LNG EC with a probability distribution of pregnaniesw issued from daily intercourses within the fertile period of the mestrual cycle. The doctor Croxato thinks that the doctor Carlos Valenzuela is wrong.He thinks that the studies that used Dr valenzuela don't have built-in mechanism of action studies. Which means that the studies don't have an appropiate aspecific experimental design. He object to contrasting the effectiveness of LNG for interfering with the ovulatory process. Also he discusses that the data was wrong. The expected pregnancy rate in the calculations has no relevance to the clinically observed pregnancies reported in efficacy studies reported. This debate isn't finish. Follow in the future and I think that will not stop. The goverment decided give the pill at the population. I think that the values of people are losing in the freedom that the society gives to the people. I don't know if the contraception pill have postovulatory effects, I think the problem isn't that. I hope that some day somepeople give us the answer if is or isn't postovulatory pill. This discusse is interesting and I like to read infomation about it. I hope read to a lot of Doctor valenzuela in the future.

The music of my childhood

The first music that I liked was cachureos' songs. I remember that my cousin and me danced while the music was playing. When I was 12 years I make a dancing for the school. I danced "Salome" a song of Chayanne. That was the beginnig of my love of music Chayanne. the following years I bought all cd's Chayanne. The first CD was I had in my hands was "tied to your love". That Cd was my mother but I listened a lot. My firts Cd was "simply" that I payed for it. I have more CD as "sincere", Provocame", "two in one of Chayanne", "Waltz time" and "Greatest hits".I listened hours and hours each Cd. That was my romantic era.... jajaaja. After I started listened Rock-Metal music. But from time to time listened my romantic music again. All this music brings back memories, all my childhood. That were difficult times, a lot of changes, and news experiences but the think that easiest remember is the music that I listened. I guess that music was an important part of my life. In the school all called me chayanne for this presentation that I make. for all dancing of the school I was the firts that wanted to dance, and participate in the presentations.
Ican tell you about a few of Chayanne: Born in Rio Piedras, in the early morinig of June 29, 1968.Son of a schoolteachear and sales manager is third of five siblings.His mother is the one who baptizes with the nickname of chayanne in honor of a popular television serie in the 60's. So Elmer Figueroa arce, better known as chayanne, began his musical career at age 10 in the group "los Chicos". That all that I want to say to you.... see you later.....

A great book called Bible

The book that is the best book that I read. I like very much because has all topics that the people like to read. Has drama, comedy, romance, adventures, wars, kings, queens, morals, and poems. Its the most complete book thast has been written. I'm reading every night a chapter. I' think that soon will finish to read it. I started to read the bible tow years ago. bafore I read it but not every days. I read it because I understand the importance that is for me to know about my creator. only this way can answer me all that I need to know. Give me the reason thhat I was created, what is my purpose and what it's that need to do to be happy in this life and the other. The bible talk to people that read it. Give us word of life, the message that our life need. I have fun imaginig the stories, and see how the humanking don't change spite the years past.

A great experience!!!!!

This is the last post that I must writte for english class. But I hope that the next semester I can follow writting post as student of intermediate english class. I really enjoyed making the post. Imagining what I writte and how say that in words. I think that all help to improve my english. For me the website "word reference" isn't a great help. I guess that I must learn to use this website, but I prefer to use the google translator. Although I know that isn't the way how I must do the things. I think "the word reference" is very limited and sometimes I don't find the word that I looking for. Anyway, I'm very happy to have this time to writte in english. To practice all I theorectically know can improve my english, that it's no doubt. The benefits of blogging in the english class besides that improve my english are I was forcing to practice my english. that it's very good. my vocabulay increased, I learn new words and new phrases, this form to learn english it's better than only writte in a notebook. The disavantages of blogging in the class are that my post can to be deleted by mistake or power cut or other external factor. I can use that blog to make another thing in the future. I haven't decided yet what but I know I will. I see that others persons promote different thing using the blogs, others give different information.

A great future!!!!

It's very difficult for me to see what I'll be doing in seven years. I'm looking for a change on me that give me a better future than I can have with only my studies, until then I hope that in seven years I'll be working and doing my post-degree. It's probably that I'll be specializing in another country, I don´t know in which. I'll be doing cardiopulmonary therapy or orthopedic therapy. I´ll have my own clinic where I'll have a bible in the room and I'll anoint at my patients before to start my attention. I'll work with a health team in the public system too. Help to people that can't to pay for a medical attetion it's a good way to grow as a better person.The conditions that must have My ideal job are: no more than eight hour of the work, I choose the days of work, I'm my own boss, that location will be near of my house , that give me a good salario. I like this country, Chile, and the souther of chile. I wanted to work and develop as professional here in Chile after specializing. It's true that this way to see the future it's a little obvious if all happen how I hope but I hope that a bigger thing happen in my life soon. That may change all and change my way. I know one thing, my life it's not only guided by my. I have a purpose in this world. When I found that purpose I don't know what I´ll do and what I'll have to do. But whatever that happen I know that will be to better and I'll be happy.

The mission: Prevention and education

Our task as professional of health is teach to people how they can prevent the sickness, illness, or diseases. So we can improve the timeliness of health care system, because will arrive less patients. For our community its important the education in health care, know about the diseases more prevalent in Chile, and how prevent them. For example about half of all death from heart disease are sudden and unexpected, so there's littl opportunity for treatment. For people at risk of sudden death, prevention is the key.But we, as physical therapist, care about desease than cystic fibrosis, OA, arthritis, respiratory diseases, Guillain Barré syndrome, and multiple sclerosis. If these diseases are complicated the results are disastrous to patients. But we can prevent all these diseases with educations, educational programs implemented in schools. The family may prevent respiratory diseases care promoting hand washing, no clothes to cold days try to stay home when it's raining and immunized. As community level the goverment have a fundamental role. The goverment must promotion programs of prevention, make publicity it's a good initiative. they give a good results in the comunity, because the people are easily influenced by the publicity. We as phyisical therapist must teach to our patients how prevent and give information about diseases. All know that the treatment can be more dangerous than prevent. So the solutios is in our hands!!!!!!

This isn't working

That the traditional roles of men and women from the past are changing at present , its a fact. But for the worse. the problem isn't that the women are doing the same thing as the men, the problem is that their sons are staying alone the most part of the time or whit a person that isn't their parent...this isn't working. I don't think that the men are losing our place in the society to women. But I think that maleness and feminism are killing the core of society: THE FAMILY. I belive that stereotypes of men and women don't contribute to understanding and acceptance of who we are. Each people, male or female, must understanding that god made us complementary. None more important that another. I believe tha the woman puts the stability in the family.Therefore they are very important their role of mother and wife. The woman can work in all they want but can't leave alone at their sons. The society has forgotten that we are different , male and female, but this don't mean that us have to disscus. The male and female have different qualities. The men have power of authority, and the women have the power of influence. Both of us we empower. I get along with women, I have more women friends than man friends. I think that in my are, physical therapy, both sexes are important and can contribute. Are a lot of people that need help. So we need a lot of phisical thetapist working.
